Vigan Longganisa Recipe

I just came from an Ilocos tour vacation and one of the food that I enjoyed eating there is the Vigan longganisa. That's why when I came back in Manila, I took home several kilos of it but now, they're all gone. And so I searched for Vigan Longganisa Recipes online and found out that this is really easy to make. I'm going to the market later to make some and I hope that it will be as delicious as the original.
