Season 3 of Britain's Got Talent just closed and it was one of the most disappointing season for me. Why? Because I wanted Susan Boyle to win. I wanted to give in to the temptation but somehow, I refused because I'm not really a fan of this role playing game. What about you? As the world awaits for the American Idol Results for May 13, let me just give my own thoughts on who should make it to the finals for AI Season 8.
Kris Allen - The Dark Horse
Kris has never really been consistent and sings on the safe side most of the time. However, his charms are undeniable and his appeal to the younger crowd is strong.
Adam Lambert - The Rock Star
Adam is the bravest when it comes to showmanship. Great stage presence and his vocals are impeccable. His emo rock star appeal is an icing on top of his talent.
Danny Gokey - The Gospel Singer
Danny has been trained by his singing experience and is the obvious favorite of the older crowd. His sad story has been his early strengths but now, he's proven to also have a strong and unique voice.
Going through the three possible scenarios:
Kris - Adam Finale
This will be a battle of appeals, for both will compete for the young crowd for the votes. If this ever comes, the clean look of Kris will probably rally the older and more conservative crowd to his side. Adam must now prove that he can do more than just hit those high notes.
Kris - Danny Finale
This will be a competition for the best stage presence. With Adam out of the scene, the younger crowd will most likely go for Kris if Danny doesn't do anything amazing during the finals. Nevertheless, this is still anybody's game.
Adam - Danny Finale
This will be a fight between vocal skills. Adam who has consistently been giving high notes and rock star performances must try to win the more conservative crowd with a soulful performance. Meanwhile, Danny must up his level of coolness to even get the vote of the younger crowd.
Based on these personal predictions, I think the best finale would be that of Kris and Adam. Why? Because not seeing Adam in the finals would be such a disappointment after he has consistently dominated the show this season.
Which leaves us between Kris and Danny and who will give Adam a run for the money. In my opinion, Kris Allen fans will flock towards Adam if Danny makes it to the finale. Making Adam a sure win and a boring season ender.
On the other hand, a Kris - Adam showdown will be a nerve racking fight between two rock stars. And Danny's conservative fans will be divided between Kris' clean image and Adam's vocal prowess.

I'm all set to watch Star Trek prequel movie on May 8 and I'm going to watch it no matter what critics will say because after all, I am a Star Trek fan. Little did I know that I'm going to definitely be joined by a lot of people come May 8.

In less than a day, Manny Pacman Pacquiao will be facing Ricky Hitman Hatton in a boxing match entitled, The Battle of East and West. Whenever Manny has a fight, I observe that Filipinos around the world become united, even just for one day. That's more than enough reason for me to say that Manny Pacquiao should stay inside the ring and be a boxer and not a politician.
